I underwent a urolift procedure; was concerned with pain during the procedure. However, the procedure was relatively pain free with just pressure sensations from the clips being placed into my prostrate. Nursing staff was tremendous as well as the office personnel. Dr. Petit was extremely professional and skilled.

Dr. Pettit is professional, confident, and friendly. My Lithotripsy operation went smoothly and I slept through it just fine

They were able to see me the same day when I called with symptoms of a UTI. The test revealed positive and was prescribed antibiotics. 5 days later went in for scope explore and found the problem right away. Stones were blocking urethra and they will have to be removed.

The staff from the front desk to the back patient rooms are delightful. Unfortunately, I cannot say the same for the urology doctor. It is possible that he is a terrific urologist, but a ‘people person’ he is not. I walked out feeling as though I had just spoken with someone who didn’t know a lot about women’s issues & I was not sure he cared. Maybe he’s a great guy who just ‘wasn’t on his game’ that day.

Weirdly unprofessional. The doctor was just going through the motions of monotony. Seemed like he was completely disinterested. Basically just felt like a cash grab of what you want, they have. Sadly I went through the whole process to realize this. Wish I had have gone somewhere else. Hope this helps.

Quite casual in his demeanor, and a bit arrogant. Really gave me no more information about my procedure results than I was able to surmise myself from reading ultrasound findings report through PeaceHealth portal. Had better relationships with previous BUG doctors. Wasn't able to answer other questions about my kidney health other than there were no stones. (To be fair, perhaps the ultrasound ordered was limited in its scope.)

I have been treated by other urologists in the past and Dr. Petit ranks at the top for me. The Bellingham facility and staff are great, attentive and professional. My surgical need was also met at their facility, much was very convenient and much more efficient than a hospital setting.

Bladder surgery was a snap with Dr. Pettit and his crew, on time and everything explained, have had other surgeries but never so well performed as this with a personal touch right in the office, no extra trips to a hospital. Very well done. In at 1:30pm & out at 3:30pm. The best part is less expense vs the Hospital Surgery option.

VERY PROFESSIONAL.

Following a TURP and other consultations, it was decided to seek an alternative method of dealing with a systemic lack of testosterone. Following a through discussion, it was decided to try insertion of small rods. The procedure, possible problems, likelihood of outcome, positive and negative aspects of the therapy all were discussed. After a decision was reached, the doctor and his staff took over. The appropriate approvals and insurance requirements were taken care of, surgery was scheduled within the time frame discussed, I was reminded of all aspects of the procedure and it all took place as planned. I was reminded of the whole thing and Dr. Ameruwa completed the surgery. Very well done all around. I was able to have all of my questions answered, the procedure was done as scheduled, post-procedure has proceeded as outlined and I presume the rest of it will go as planned. All in all, than excellent process. No surprises and an open process all the way.

I was referred by my Primary Physician to Bellingham Urology Group (BUG) for kidney stones and for prostate problems. I can't say enough about the doctors and staff at BUG. There was no delay in receiving the services and procedures necessary to resolve my problems, which, by the way, were completely erased. Doctor Curran Emeruwa, highly skilled with the latest equipment and techniques, saw me through three complex procedures over the course of three months with such a calm and confident manner.

After being a bit skeptical at first, and giving the 'Doc' a chance, I was very pleased and a bit surprised by the level of improvement in my issues. Curran is very easy to talk with, and earned my confidence... I recommend him to others, without reservation!

I forgot to mention that the Entire office staff is kind and actually SMILE at the patients which makes it even better throughout a terrible situation! This is the first medical office I've gone to in Washington where the staff is actually happy and kind! I've gone to many Dr.'s here in Bham the past two years and have experienced unhappy and semi rude staff until now. Most others have been short, unkind, and literally MEAN. I'm not exaggerating, one bit. ROCK ON Bham Urology!

Consulted Dr Emeruwa on frequent nightime urination, he recomrnended the URO-LIFT procedure. After a brief time, dates were set for a Pre-op briefing and a procedure date. At check-in only a short wait, prepararation was done by very experienced proficient nursing staff. Dr Emeruwa performed the procedure very efficiently & quickly with little or no discomfort. Discharge was fast, in all the whole event occured in about on hour. To date, I have experienced no pain, tiny blood clots in the urine & a little blood discoloration for 2 days. I feel great, for I am now getting a decent nights rest. Currently, I have urinate about once every 3 hours and return to sleep. Thanks! To Dr Emeruwa & Team! Ron
